HOW TO ENTER
To enter, entrants must post a comment (one word does not qualify as a comment) on the Contagious Joy (CJ) FORUM or Devotionals relating to the email of the time period. You may post unlimited comments per day per prize to be entered in the drawing for each separate prize. Any inappropriate comments will be removed by administrator. Administrators of CJ will have the right to deem appropriateness of all comments.
Comments on Prize Posts will remain closed until the Prize period opens.
The Giveaway shall run from June – September 10th, 2013 with a prize awarded every week. The Grand Prize will be awarded on September 10th, 2013.
SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be selected by random drawing. Every two weeks, Contagious Joy will send out an email campaign featuring articles that readers may respond to on CJ FORUM or Devotionals. Each time a member of CJ responds on the forum or devotionals they are entered into the drawing for that period. Bloggers may post until midnight each period . Drawing will take place at midnight and Winner announced in new email campaign the following day. Prize and or information concerning prize will be mailed to winner within 4 weeks of winning announcement.
GENERAL
This Giveaway is open to all Contagious Joy members with the exception of CJ team members and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household.
By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of Contagious Joy in awarding prizes. The decisions shall be final and binding upon all entrants. Entrants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification.
Personal information collected during the course of this Giveaway shall be used only by Contagious Joy; solely for the purposes of conducting the Giveaway and awarding prizes, and will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose unless required by law.
The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as offered without substitution.
By participating in this Giveaway, the prize winners agree that his/her name may be used in any and all forms of media, without any further compensation by CJ. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
“Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
