FAQs About the EXPO
Expo Hours are as follows:
Sunday – June 9th, 3:00PM – 7:00PM
Monday – June 10th, 8:00AM – 3:00PM
Tuesday – June 11th, 8:00AM – 11:30AM, 1:30PM – 3:00PM
- PODCAST: We will ask that each exhibitor enlist a representative of the ministry/company to interview for Coffee Chats with Diane Nix
- MARKETING: Every exhibitor to provide high resolution graphic (minimum 800pixels wide) to place on www.contagiousjoy4him.com website, Facebook page, Instagram and Twitter. Please provide a link for us to advertise your ministry.
- DOOR PRIZE: A excellent marketing tool to get the names and emails of all participants – when you provide a door prize, you are sent the final list.
- BOOTH DISPLAY: All exhibitors must provide display and information about their ministry.
SET UP: Saturday, June 8th, 1:00PM – 4:30PM/Sunday, June 9th, 11:00AM – 2:30PM
You will check in at the Ministry Wives Will Call Table. Get your assigned booth and set up your exhibit. Your product will be at your booth or in the general area if shipped by Freeman. All set-up needs to be completed by 4:30 PM.
TEAR DOWN: All exhibits must be broken down by 4 PM on Tuesday – June 11th.
You may sell a product – but please no cash boxes — checks, credit cards only.
Inventory needs to be securely stored or covered when Expo is not open.
Security will be provided Saturday night through Monday morning and then again Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
We will provide four security lanyards for the booth. Please have these on when working or coming to your booth when not in operation.
**Security will not allow you in the area near the tables without this lanyard.**
You may recognize Expo staff by the badge that reads, “2024 Women’s Expo – Staff” if you have any questions or need assistance.
Exhibitor Provides Door Prizes
Door prizes will be given away at the close of Expo Tuesday 2:00 p.m.
On average, you will receive 300-400 new contacts.
Please Provide a name and description of the door prize to be emailed: contagiousjoy4him@gmail.com
Exhibitors will sign off on a brochure that contains a list/descriptions of each of the exhibits. Women must have at least 10 sign off’s in order to be entered for a door prize.
