life of comfort for a church plant. Bruce was called to pastor a dying church that had only a year to live before the doors were closed and lights turned off.  “We are learning to live with less so that those with less can live with more.” I find it so very refreshing to hear words so genuine, unselfish and real. Bruce and Heather allowed their trust and faith in God to guide them.

Bruce and Heather co-wrote “reWritten Exchanging Your Story for God’s Story”.The book is composed of ten chapters with three parts: Part One: Your Story, Part Two: God’s Story and Part Three: The Exchange. Part Three focuses on “rewriting your story” through Forgiveness, Fullfilling Your Assisgnments, Genereosity, Humility, and Suffering. Unique to this book are discussion questions and advised scripture readings located throughout the chapters. The Moores have provided additional information, leadership tips, and more topics to discuss at
www.RewriteMyStory.com.

Bruce and Heather are devoted to serving Christ and have a passion to see other brothers and sisters tranformed into the person God created them to be. Using life’s experiences, God’s word, and the Moore’s book as a tool, be renewed by rewriting your story. Allow God to exhange your story for His. After all, He is your Creator; shouldn’t He be your Author as well. Enjoy!!!

  1. I am excited to read this book! My husband & I are in the process of starting a church plant after 20 months of prayer and preparation. One of the key components is coming together to hear each other’s stories and connect with God’s story! How exciting is that!!!

  2. Having begun on a like story 20 years ago, God is constanly continuing His story in our lives. Just when we think we have a new “normal”, God shakes it up a little just to keep it interesting.

  3. This book sounds similar to Radical that we are going through with our small group. It is about giving up the american dream for God’s plan for your life. Might have to look at this one next. Radical has been a very inspirational read for me, very encouraging.
